NACAC E-List Guidelines
NACAC's electronic mailing list, or e-list, is an e-mail chat service provided as a forum for professional discussion on topics related to the college admission process.

This e-list is intended for NACAC members and related professionals directly involved in college admission counseling at the secondary and postsecondary levels of education. As an open e-list, NACAC appreciates that representatives of other education associations, companies offering admission-related services, and members of the education press subscribe to this list for informational purposes.

All subscribers are expected to exercise decorum when posting messages to the e-list and to include their name and institutional affiliation with each posting. This is not a consumer-oriented forum, and students and parents should consult NACAC's resources for students.

1. Address an email to:

2. In the Subject field type:
   Subscribe
   
   
3. On the first line of your Message type:
   subscribe nacac YourFirstName YourLastName
   
   Make sure there is nothing else in the body of the email. It will not work if you leave a signature in the email or any image. The only item in the body of the email is the subscribe command above. You will receive a message asking you to confirm your subscription request. Upon responding, you will be subscribed to the NACAC E-List.
